Delivery & Collections
Items ordered before 8pm GMT on a weekday will be dispatched the following morning. Items ordered later on a weekday or on the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
We offer free collection from our events and stands at participating venues or flat rate UK delivery of £3.00 on all items under £50.00 of value, orders over £50.00 will get free signed for shipping which will usually be delivered between 3 – 5 working days after dispatch. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight may take up to 7 days.
At current we do not deliver outside of the UK (United Kingdom).
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order before its been dispatched, please contact us via sales@quartzcollectables.co.uk or cancel it within your account.
Please note that we cannot cancel any orders that have been dispatched.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind on a purchase and wish to cancel you may do so within 14 days of placing your order.
You may return your item within 14 days of receipt if it is unopened and in the same condition as supplied. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Missing Components
In the very unlikely event that there are components missing from your purchase, please contact us and we will work to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your item is damaged or missing, or if you have any other difficulty, please contact us (Sales@Quartzcollectables.co.uk) to review the item and we will arrange to send you a replacement if possible. If it is not possible to send a replacement, we will refund your purchase. We will cover any costs incurred returning damaged items. If we feel that the item has been tampered with or altered we withhold the right of refusal.
